2. Data We Collect

• Contact form: name, email, subject, and message — submitted only when you contact us.
• Usage data: anonymised analytics via Cloudflare (IP addresses are not stored by us).

We do not collect IP addresses in our records.

3. Lawful Basis

We process your personal data on the basis of consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us at the address above.

4. Purpose of Processing

Information submitted via the contact form (name, email, subject, message) is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is transmitted via Cloudflare Workers and email delivery infrastructure and is not stored in any database. We do not use this data for any other commercial purpose without obtaining fresh consent.

5. Data Processors

We engage the following sub-processors, each bound by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA):

• Cloudflare Workers + KV — serverless compute and key-value storage for contact form routing. DPA available at Cloudflare Customer DPA v6.3.
• Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery via Cloudflare Pages. DPA available at Cloudflare Customer DPA v6.3.
• Resend — email delivery for contact form submissions. DPA available at resend.com/legal/dpa.

6. International Transfers

If any processor is hosted outside the UK or European Economic Area, we ensure an appropriate transfer mechanism is in place — Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where required.

7. Retention

We retain your personal data until you request deletion. To exercise your right to erasure under GDPR Article 17, contact us at admin@siaii.co.uk. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the right to:
