26 years of systems and quantitative engineering: architecture, data pipelines, high-reliability delivery, and on-premise AI infrastructure.

1 · Discovery (free, 30 min)
You explain the pain; we both decide if there’s a fit. No free multi-day consulting — a straight yes/no.
2 · Exploration / audit sprint (paid)
We map how the work really runs, find the leaks, and give you a written go/no-go on where governed AI would genuinely help. Can be as thin as a few days.
3 · Tailored delivery (paid, only after fit)
Scoped proposal, then build: process redesign, governed AI, training, handover. You own the architecture and the work product.
4 · Retained advisory (optional)
Ongoing review and hardening as your organisation changes.
Fees are proposal-specific — quoted after discovery, fixed or day-rate as suits you. If our map says “don’t add AI here,” we’ll put that in writing. That answer alone is worth the fee.
